Cuelight Book a call
For businesses with application funnels

Stop losing strategy-call applicants to slow follow-up.

I install an AI-assisted system that captures every inbound application, replies in under five minutes, classifies the lead, and follows up until it is booked, closed, or disqualified. Without manual chasing.

Built and supported by one person. You talk to the person who builds your system — no agency, no account managers, no handoffs.

Built for stacks like:

Tally· Typeform· Calendly· Airtable· HubSpot· Gmail· n8n / Make / Zapier

The problem

Every cold strategy-call application is $1,000–$10,000 walking out the door.

You launch a cohort or open enrolment. Applications come in. You mean to reply the same day. Then a client call runs over. Then it’s Friday. Then Monday. Then the applicant has moved on.

Industry research suggests that contacting a lead within five minutes makes them ~21× more likely to convert than waiting 30 minutes. Most businesses reply in 12–48 hours.

The fix is not another tab in your CRM. It is a system that handles the follow-up while you do the actual work.

Typical leak points

  • 1

    Slow first response

Applicant fills the form. No reply for 18+ hours. Momentum gone.

  • 2

    No second nudge

Applicant doesn’t book the call. Nobody chases. Lead dies in the inbox.

  • 3

    High-fit leads buried

No triage. $5k-budget applicant sits next to a tire-kicker in the same inbox.

  • 4

    No record of what happened

Three months later, no answer to “how many applications did we close?”

How it works

Every application captured, classified, logged, and followed up. Automatically.

Step 1

Capture

Every application from your Tally, Typeform, or website form is captured the instant it’s submitted.

Step 2

Acknowledge in 5 min

A branded, warm acknowledgement email lands in the applicant’s inbox while the form is still fresh.

Step 3

Classify & notify

AI scores fit (high / medium / low) on budget, timeline, and stage. High-fit applicants ping you instantly via SMS or Slack.

Step 4

Follow up reliably

A scheduled sequence (Day 2, 4, 7) keeps the conversation alive until the applicant books, replies, or asks to stop.

Built on tools you already use. I don’t add another platform — I connect what you have.

About Cuelight

Cuelight is one person. That’s by design.

I build follow-up systems for online service businesses. That’s all I do — one workflow, done well, on the tools you already pay for. Most automation projects fail because they try to do everything; I don’t, and I won’t.

What you get for working with one person instead of an agency: direct contact with the person who will build the system. No account manager between you and the work. No salesperson on the discovery call. No junior implementer handed your project after you sign the invoice. The diagnostic call, the build, the handoff, and the ongoing support — same person, every step.

Calls are first-name, no-pressure, twenty-minute diagnostics — with me, not a rep. If it’s a fit, I’ll quote a small starting offer. If it’s not, I’ll tell you what to do instead.

Common questions

Are you a team, or is this one person?

One person. Cuelight is solo by design — I run the diagnostic call, build the system, deliver the handoff, and handle ongoing support. You talk to the same person at every step. The trade-off is real: I deliberately cap the number of clients I can take at once, so capacity matters. The upside: no agency overhead, no handoffs, faster turnaround, and prices that aren’t inflated to fund a team you wouldn’t want between you and your project.

Why not just use HubSpot / Pipedrive / GoHighLevel?

You can. The problem is that most businesses do not. Buying a tool is not the same as configuring it; configuring it is not the same as keeping it running. I deliver the configured, tested system on the tools you already use, plus documentation so it survives.

Will the AI write replies that sound like me?

The initial acknowledgement and follow-ups are templates I write with you, in your voice. The AI is used for classification and routing — not for impersonating you on calls.

What if I don’t use Tally / Calendly / Airtable?

No problem — the system runs on Typeform, Google Forms, Cal.com, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, and most common stacks. Tell me what you use; I’ll tell you if it’s a fit.

How fast can it be live?

Audit: 3–5 business days. Pilot: 5–7 days from access being granted. Full system: 2 weeks for a typical multi-source stack.

Stop losing applications. Book a 20-minute diagnostic.

I’ll look at your current funnel with you, show you exactly where applications are going cold, and tell you whether a $249 audit or a $500 pilot is the right next step. No pitch deck, no sales rep — just a working call.
